Dan Tooley (Asbestos Compliance Manager)

Background: Dan Tooley joined Clifford Devlin in 2016 having spent the previous 10 years working in various capacities in the asbestos industry, including a substantial period working in asbestos labour provision.

His career started in 2001 and he became a qualified Asbestos Supervisor at Advanced Environmental Services in 2003. Later roles has seen him manage asbestos contracts on site to up to a value of £4m.

Responsibilities: Dan is responsible for ensuring all asbestos works are carried out in full compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSG 247. He continuously monitors our human resource requirements ensuring requisite quality and quantity of operational staff are allocated to the works.

His duties include undertaking training needs analysis and putting in place strategy plans to ensure development of key employees while carrying out compliance audits to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the license contractor’s guide and current ACOP’s.
