“Liam has a wealth of experience in both demolition and asbestos and will be a real asset to Clifford Devlin in terms of strengthening our operational performance and developing new business,” said Managing Director, Tim Clifford, “His hands-on knowledge of the construction process enables him to bring a holistic approach to the management of operational output. Able to communicate seamlessly at all levels, he will be a key part of our communications both externally with clients and other stakeholders and internally with our project teams and helping staff reach their full potential.”

Liam joined Clifford Devlin following three years at Mick George where he was the company’s Demolition Director. Previously he performed a variety of roles during eleven years at McGee, working his way up from Demolition Operative through health and safety and asbestos management to eventually managing high-value, complex demolition projects.

Initially he will be concentrating on reviewing and developing the company’s Asbestos Division but will eventually be responsible for operational activity across all of Clifford Devlin’s disciplines.

Liam is a Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and carries a black CCDO Demolition Manager card. Combined with his asbestos qualifications, which include ARCA Contract Manager, he has gained considerable knowledge of construction health & safety including achieving NEBOSH and SMSTS.
