Demolition has been the core discipline provided by Clifford Devlin for over 40 years. In that time we have accumulated the vast experience and technical skills that enable us to advise, plan and execute every phase of complex demolition projects.
We specialise in logistically difficult, complex, city centre projects. In most cases we will be required to consider and overcome the challenges that arise from sensitive receptors adjacent to the works - adjoining residential property, live offices or retail outlets. Dealing with the practical, environmental and health and safety considerations of such projects, is our forte.
Clifford Devlin has been a corporate member of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors since 1972. The company is also a member of the NFDC Site Audit Accreditation Scheme. Several of the firm’s senior management team are also members of the Institute of Demolition Engineers.
