Building Works

To complete our services in the re-development cycle we have created a division capable of delivering major consequential builders work packages, as well as the refurbishment skills required to prepare commercial and residential properties for new tenants, on behalf of the property management clients in our portfolio.

Originally created to carry out consequential building work carried out as part of demolition projects, our Building Division has developed into a stand alone service capable of implementing large scale, complex builders work and refurbishment projects.

Our project delivery quality is combined with an enviable record in health and safety. All contracts are completed in accordance with our OHSAS 18001 Safety Management System and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance procedures. Projects are subject to a continuous regime of monitoring and site audit by our Safety Department.
