Background
Nick brings nearly 25 years of experience delivering high-value, technically demanding asbestos projects across both the public and private sectors. His career spans a broad range of works, including asbestos removal, demolition, scaffolding, hazardous waste, and insulation, overseeing projects from early planning stages through to completion.
Nick has successfully managed operations in a wide variety of environments, from local authorities and educational facilities to hospitals, MOD sites, housing, and airports throughout the UK. His extensive expertise and proven leadership ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery every time.
Responsibilities
The role carries overall responsibility for the management and performance of the Environmental Division. As well as providing strategic leadership, Nick works closely with the company’s Commercial Department to develop existing systems and manage the financial performance of the division. He takes a hands-on role in managing and supervising the full lifecycle of project and contract work from identifying opportunities through tender, negotiation, mobilisation and delivery.
