We believe our sustainability credentials are one of the attributes that differentiate us from most of our competitors.

We have developed sophisticated systems and processes to control pollution, manage waste and conserve energy and materials. We measure and monitor the impact of these measures to generate data for demonstrating compliance. For each project we carry out an environmental impact assessment and document proposed methodologies into an Environmental Plan.

Key Environmental Aspects we manage during the course of our work include:

Waste Management

Waste is a demolition contractor’s single biggest cost.

Pollution Control

Where possible we employ low impact, non-percussive equipment.

Carbon Footprint

We minimise the amount of energy we consume during projects.

Social Value

We aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through our actions and within our corporate policies.

Community Engagement

we fully appreciate the value of protecting, engaging and supporting the communities in which we work.

Environmental Reporting

We understand the importance of providing a documented record of the environmental activities we employ.

All of our Environmental activities are controlled by an Environmental Management System (EMS) which is certificated against ISO 14001 by a UKAS-accredited auditor (click to view our certificate).
