Ipswich Project

Following a competitive tender process, Clifford Devlin were appointed to deliver the soft strip and demolition works at a commercial park as part of a wider redevelopment scheme. The project formed a key enabling phase, preparing the site for future construction works.

Works were carried out across four locations within the park and included full internal soft strip, structural demolition, waste segregation, and comprehensive site clearance. Careful planning and phased delivery ensured the programme was maintained while upholding high standards of health and safety.

Our in-house asbestos removal team also undertook the removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing mastic and pipework gaskets, along with the safe handling and disposal of safes containing asbestos materials. All asbestos works were completed in strict accordance with current legislation.

The project was delivered safely, efficiently, and on programme, leaving the site fully prepared for the next phase of redevelopment.
