School Upgrade Works

Clifford Devlin have been awarded the design and build contract for the boiler replacement project at Langley Park Boys’ School.

The scope of works includes the full replacement of all existing boilers, installation of a new Building Management System (BMS), and upgraded controls to improve energy efficiency and performance.

A new gas supply will also be installed which involves cutting a channel approximately 200 metres long and backfilling with all works carefully scheduled over the summer holidays to ensure minimal disruption and a smooth return for staff and students in September.
