Whittington Centre

Clifford Devlin have been awarded the contract to refurbish the existing roof covering, which had reached the end of its effective service life. The objective of the works is to provide a durable, watertight, and long-lasting solution with minimal disruption to building operations.

To achieve this, we will apply The P2 Ultra Low Odour Cold Applied Roofing System directly over the existing roof covering. This high-performance, cold-applied system offers excellent waterproofing properties while eliminating the need for hot works or a full roof replacement.

A fibreglass reinforced fleece will be embedded between coats to provide enhanced tensile strength, flexibility, and long-term durability. The system’s low-odour formulation makes it particularly suitable for occupied or sensitive environments like the Whittongton Centre which provides a range of specialist community health services designed to support recovery, promote wellbeing, and help individuals maintain independence within their community.
