Clifford Devlin have been appointed to deliver enabling works at a site in Putney as the first stage of a new hotel development for a repeat client.
Our in-house teams will undertake structural investigations, soft strip, licensed asbestos removal and controlled demolition, with each phase carefully planned to ensure safety, efficiency and minimal disruption.
By bringing together our demolition and asbestos removal divisions, we will provide a fully integrated service with clear responsibility and strong programme control.
Once complete, the works will leave the site clear and ready for the next phase of construction, continuing our successful partnership with the client on this important new project.
