Clifford Devlin are delivering a new roofing refurbishment project for the NHS in South London.

The works begin with the full preparation and mechanical drying of the existing roof, ensuring the surface is fully prepared to receive a high-performance waterproofing system.

Following this preparation phase, our team will install the MAP P1 low-odour, cold-applied liquid roofing system over 12.5mm recovery boards, which will be fixed directly to the existing felt finish. The system will then be reinforced with fibreglass fleece, creating a seamless, durable, and fully weather-tight waterproofing layer.

This modern liquid roofing solution provides a highly reliable finish while minimising disruption on site thanks to its low-odour, cold-applied installation process.

Once the installation is complete, the system will be backed by a 5-year manufacturer-supported warranty, ensuring long-term protection, performance, and peace of mind for the client.
