Optometric Injection Suite

Clifford Devlin are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract to construct a new optometric injection suite at a health centre in South London.

This project will be delivered on a design and build basis, and we are delighted to be partnering with BAQUS Construction and Property Consultancy, who will be responsible for the preparation of the design and build drawings as well as providing contract administration throughout the project.

The scope of works includes internal alterations and an extension to the existing facility, alongside the installation of a new Air Handling Unit (AHU). The system will be designed to deliver 16 air changes per minute, ensuring the clinical environment meets the required standards for specialist medical procedures.

This project will support the continued development of high-quality healthcare facilities within the community, providing a purpose-built environment for specialist optometric treatments.
