Farringdon

Clifford Devlin have been awarded a new project at Farringdon for a new client.  The scheme will involve a programme of enabling and preparatory works, followed by the structural demolition of the existing building.

The building sits in extremely close proximity to neighbouring properties, making the protection of surrounding buildings a central consideration in the planning and delivery of the works. This constrained setting will require a carefully managed demolition sequence, with specialist plant working in a controlled and methodical manner.

Demolition activities will be closely coordinated with temporary works, scaffolding and site logistics, with particular attention to maintaining safe working areas and protecting neighbouring properties throughout the programme.
