Our construction, electrical and mechanical delivery division is a new addition to the suite of disciplines and services Clifford Devlin offer in the marketplace.
To compliment the works being delivered in our other departments, we are now offering specialist services with the provision of cold applied roofing solutions in partnership with Perma Roofing, all forms of electrical installation, but including Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections and remedial works as we are now NICEIC approved, heavy duty plumbing, pipework and boiler installation and maintenance and a number of general construction solutions with brickwork and blockwork, suspended ceilings, partitions, floor coverings and decorations.
Services are provided individually or in combination and support enabling work carried out in our asbestos removal, demolition and passive fire protection divisions.
Our services are geared to provide a range of problem-solving measures in healthcare, education and commercial situations, where occupiers cannot afford to be obstructed or delayed, by building fabric problems.
Our unique selling point is our range of capabilities. By leveraging the skills of our Asbestos Management, Fire Protection and Demolition Divisions we are able to offer a fully inclusive service providing clients with turnkey solutions from roofing, electrical, mechanical and construction works.
Our portfolio of services can be used individually or combined to deliver integrated works packages.
