Major Works Investment Programme

Clifford Devlin’s asbestos division are working on a major works investment programme with Kier.

The framework covers London and Essex for L&Q, one of the largest residential property developers in England. Kier are one of the ten contractors selected to deliver the programme expected to be worth up to £300m per annum which include a range of services for L&Q residents.

The programme of works involve the removal of asbestos materials and the reinstatement of disturbed areas to properties.

Added Value: Some brilliant work has also been carried out in the communities, as part of the Social Value promise by Kier. Clifford Devlin have been working with the Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator at Kier to support their social value promise. This has included numerous food bank donations in the areas in which we are working in, a local sports teams kit sponsorship and the recruitment of those who face barriers to work. Our total proxy value on the project as of March 2024 is over £19k.
