Clifford Devlin are delivering a roof refurbishment project at an NHS facility in South London, carefully managed within a live healthcare environment.

The works include full preparation of the existing roof, incorporating mechanical drying to ensure a sound substrate prior to installation. We are applying the MAP P1 low-odour cold-applied roofing system, reinforced with fibreglass fleece to create a seamless, durable, and fully watertight finish suitable for sensitive settings.

All works are carried out in accordance with site-specific RAMS and will be completed with a 5-year manufacturer-backed warranty.
