Bus Depots

We are delivering an ongoing programme of asbestos remedial works across multiple operational bus depot sites. Due to the scale and variety of tasks involved, each project is completed under a carefully managed, task-specific non-licensed and licensed removal plan.

Clifford Devlin’s in-house asbestos removal teams work under strict health, safety, and environmental controls, using specialist access equipment and proven techniques to carry out works safely and efficiently within live transport environments.

Operating within active depots requires careful coordination around vehicle movements and engineering activities. Out of hours work is also included where necessary. Our teams establish controlled work zones and phased programmes, working closely with depot management to minimise disruption and maintain safe segregation.

All asbestos waste is securely packaged and transported to our own waste transfer facility in full regulatory compliance, with full traceability maintained.

Independent air monitoring, reassurance testing and 4 stage clearances are undertaken throughout to uphold the highest safety standards.
