Clifford Devlin completed phase 3 of Asbestos Removal Works to a number of residential properties on an estate in Lambeth, London.

The works over the 3 phases have been both licensed and non-licensed. The licensed works required the removal of asbestos insulation board panels within the kitchen areas within the properties. Throughout the three phases, we have carried out in excess 45 live removal enclosures under a 14-day HSE notification.

The non-licensed asbestos removal works were to remove furnishings and fittings from the bathroom areas, where items were attached to the ACM cement walls and were carried out under locally controlled conditions with random air reassurance testing.
