New Slate Roof and External Refurbishment

Our Construction, Roofing & Mechanical division has commenced a new project in South London for a valued repeat client. The scope of the work includes the installation of a new slate roof along with a range of external repairs to a residential block of flats. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within the built environment.

The primary objective is to enhance the building’s durability and appearance. The existing roofing materials are being removed to make way for a new, long-lasting slate roof, carefully selected for both performance and visual appeal. At the same time, our team is undertaking essential external repairs to restore the integrity and presentation of the building’s façade.

The project began with a comprehensive site assessment to identify key issues, followed by a detailed planning phase to outline timelines, allocate resources, and establish safety procedures. With work now underway, progress is being closely monitored through our quality assurance process to ensure the highest standards are met at every stage.
