Peckham High Street

Clifford Devlin are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a new project on Peckham High Street for a valued new client. The scheme will involve a comprehensive programme of enabling and demolition works to prepare the building for its next phase of redevelopment.

Works include a full internal strip-out, incorporating service isolations and the removal of all internal finishes back to the building’s structural framework.

The project will also see the demolition of an existing single-storey structure. Given the busy high street location, the works will require a temporary pavement closure alongside carefully managed pedestrian control measures to ensure public safety and minimise disruption.
