South Coast Maintenance Contracts

Following a competitive tender Clifford Devlin’s asbestos division were awarded the contract to carry out the removal of 75 linear meters of asbestos insulation board that forms the soffit of the perimeter to an occupied office building in Bexhill-on-Sea, to facilitate their maintenance programme.

The removal works consisted of multiple planned enclosures under fully controlled conditions following the 14 day HSE notification in accordance with all relevant statutory provisions, approved codes of practice.

4-stage air testing was carried out by an independent UKAS accredited analytical company on each enclosure on its completion.

The works were programmed in on less busy days when the clients workforce work from home, this was to prevent any potential interface with our works.
