Clifford Devlin are delighted to announce that our mini charity football tournament organised in conjunction with Hassenbrook FC for Mates in Mind raised an amazing £1,538!

Mates in Mind is a leading UK charity raising awareness and addressing the stigma of poor mental health in the workplace.  The charity promotes and leads on the development of positive mental wellbeing within the workplace. Donations support and enable the charity to continue helping organisations across the UK to improve and prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their workforces, providing them with the skills, clarity and confidence to invest in the health of their people.

Men in the UK are three times more likely to die by suicide than women. However, in construction – a male dominated industry– men are three times more likely to die by suicide than the national average for men. Find out more – https://www.matesinmind.org/

It was a great morning and Clifford Devlin would like to thank all those who participated and contributed. The money raised will help Mates in Mind change the lives of those working in the construction industry and related sectors.

”We are grateful that you recognise the impact our charity has on the industry and how this allows more and more workers effectively address and manage their mental health” – Support Manager, Mates in Mind.

Well done to the Tournament Champions Hassenbrook FC and congratulations to our lucky raffle winners one of whom walked away with a new Samsung TV just in time for Christmas.
