Hassenbrook FC, which is Based in Stanford-le-Hope, was established in 2020. It currently has 15 groups which cater for children aged 3 to 16.

“On behalf of all the boys and everyone at Hassenbrook FC we just wanted to thank Clifford Devlin for its support, said Club Secretary, Simon Hoskins, “As you can imagine, things have been really tough for everyone this past year so to be able to get the boys back playing and our new football club up and running, with the help from sponsors like Clifford Devlin, is a massive step forward.”

The club has exclusive access to 9-a-side and 11-a-side pitches in Stanford-le-Hope and welcomes any youth teams (Girls or Boys) from Under 11 to Under 18 who would like to join. All Essex Youth Leagues are supported by the club including but not limited to the following:

  • Southend Junior League
  • Brentwood Community Football Alliance
  • Echo League
  • Chelmsford Youth Football League

“Our ultimate aim is to grow the Club and make football available to everyone in our community, “ continues Simon Hoskins, “We really are ‘all about the youth’ and we want to offer an affordable, safe, secure and thoroughly enjoyable experience for all our members. We know that the last year or so has been exceptionally difficult for everyone especially our young children and getting back to some sort or normality is a priority but only when it is safe to do so. Rest assured all of our facilities will be Covid safe and all of our volunteers will follow any Government and FA guidelines stringently.”
