Clifford Devlin has recently been awarded a certificate of registration of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to OHSAS 18001. This gives the company greater control over risks and increases its performance capabilities.

Implementing systems which comply with OHSAS 18001 allows Clifford Devlin to rigidly ensure that safety management is an integral part of all daily management tasks.

The certification raises the standards of internal checking by implementing formal auditing procedures for the company.

Managing Director Tim Clifford said \’We are delighted to have achieved registration to OHSAS 18001. We believe that this provides demonstrable proof that our safety systems are rigorous and have been independently inspected and audited.”

“Registration provides additional comfort to clients that when they employ Clifford Devlin, they can be sure they have a diligent, safe working contractor on board.” Tim said.

Clifford Devlin is seeking to add to its existing achievements of registration of systems to both ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 by obtaining the ISO 14001 environmental accreditation by March 2008.

This will enable Clifford Devlin to fully integrate 9001, 18001 and 14001 management systems throughout all operations carried out by the company.
